Need a Kitchen or Bathroom Update? Why Not Consider Having the Cabinets Professionally Painted?
What do you do when your kitchen or bathroom starts to look out of date, but you don’t have the budget for a complete renovation? You’d be surprised at how much the look of these rooms can change by simply having the cabinets professionally painted. In some cases, the outstanding results render these rooms unrecognizable from their drab former selves.
When undertaking this sort of project, it is important to have the right professionals do the job. Our team at Holtmeier Painting has the experience and skill to complete the cabinet facelift quickly in a quality manner. We know how disruptive any renovation can be, so we aim to have you back using your room as soon as possible.
Trust Holtmeier Painting for all your Cabinet Painting Needs
Physically painting the cabinets is only one portion of the job. Much of what needs to happen to have a successful outcome is done in preparation and before a single coat of paint is even applied. That is why it’s so important to hire professionals who know what they are really doing. Partially deconstructing the cabinets, hardware removal, and then replacement after painting is all part of the process. Our team has the know-how to orchestrate the entire plan efficiently and within your budget.
We perform works on kitchens and bathrooms large and small, but most projects will include the following:
- COMPLETE ASSESSMENT: We have a look at all of the areas you would like painted and discuss the budget and feasibility/options for the project.
- CABINET INSPECTION: Determining the material that your cabinets are made of is important to ensuring we can properly prepare and use paint and techniques that are suited to your needs.
- THOROUGH CLEANING: The initial step in preparation of painting is to clean all of the surfaces to ensure all oils, dirt, and other debris are removed from the surface.
- SAND, PRIME, and SEALER: The next step is to sand, prime, and seal all of the surfaces that will be painted including attached cabinetry and doors that have been temporarily removed.
- PAINT: two coats of paint are the norm, we only use high-quality, low-odor paint.
- RE-ASSEMBLY: Once the surfaces have dried, the cabinets are reassembled and replaced to their original location and your room should have a whole new updated look!
